Uses of Apple Cider Vinegar for Birds

Question: What are the benefits of apple vinegar for birds and what quantity is recommended?


C1: It is supposed increases the acidity of the digestive tract which then helps against infection. C2: I give 5ml per litre drinking water, but don’t administer it daily. Only one time every week. C3: Look for unfiltered apple cider vinegar. This is the best. It works like a natural antibiotic and helps to inhibit the growth of yeast, fungus and bacteria. I recommed 5ml into 2 liter water. C4: I give daily 50 ml ACV into 5 liter drinking water and also spray small amounts on the bird seed, before I germinate it. Then the seed have more nutrition once germinated C5: Apple cider vinegar helps to balance the acidic pH level in the body and is helpful as an aid for digeston. It also helps to break down minerals, protein and fats and inhibits the growth of harmful bacteria in the digestive tract. C6: We add 15 ml unfiltered apple cider vinegar into 5 liter water and give it daily to our pet birds. We have small birds (canaries, finches) and also parrots and parakeets, such as conures and cockatiels
